PAYMENT
We currently accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard for payment of orders.

SHIPPING
Shippingtimes and costs will be indicated prior to confirming your order depending on the service you may choose.

SHIPPING METHODS WE OFFER
We ship all of our Domestic packages via UPS.  All of our shipments are insured, which is included in the shipping cost provided, and require a signature upon delivery.

* For overnight delivery the order must be placed by 2pm, otherwise the shipment may be sent the following day.
** Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii is by 2nd Day Air only, and is $35.00.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We will ship internationally; courier and cost will vary depending on the destination and desired time frame for arrival. Please contact us to arrange international shipping for an order, and we will provide an estimate based on the service you may choose.

MESSENGER
We do offer messenger service within the five boroughs of New York City. Messenger Service within Manhattan is $20[ ACTUAL COST TBD ]; cost for delivery to the other boroughs will vary, and is destination dependent.
Note: If you select Messenger Service someone must be available to receive and sign for the package within a several hour window once the messenger is engaged (for example, a doorman or mail room). 
Please contact us if you'd like to arrange Messenger Service to deliver your order.

RETURNS
For Irini Design online purchases only. Irini Design will accept full-price, unworn merchandise returned within 7 days of purchase for store credit only. Irini Design guarantees a 1-year warranty on pieces that are not customer damaged items. Please contact us for authorization PRIOR to returning any item(s) to us. For returns purchased at a third party retailer, please contact and go through the seller regarding a return.

For your protection, please pack returns in the original box and return your order through an insured carrier (such as FedEx or UPS). Retain your receipt, but please include a note with your return including your name and invoice number.  Expect your return to take 3-5 business days from our receipt of item to process. 
No returns are guaranteed without prior authorization.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges on returns.

Any information we collect is used to provide you with a better shopping experience and to facilitate us in fulfillment operations. HOW DO I FIGURE OUT MY RING SIZE OR BRACELET SIZE?
The most accurate way to figure out your ring or bracelet size is to go to a local jewelry store and have the sizing done professionally. Alternately please find several options to determine your size here:

WHAT IS YOUR REPAIR POLICY?
We will repair any item purchased through the IriniDesign.com. Please contact us prior to sending us the item for Repair Authorization. >>> For Repair Authorizations click here  In rare cases, if the item is old and the components are no longer available we may not be able to repair the item.  If this is the case we will discuss with you what your options are. If your item was purchased through a third party retailer, please contact the seller regarding your repair.

Upon receipt of the item we will inspect it and assess the cost and time required for the repair, which we will notify you of prior to performing the repair.

For your protection, please pack repairs in the original box or safely and securely with ample padding and return your order through an insured carrier (such as FedEx or UPS). Retain your receipt, but please include a note with your item in need of repair including your name and invoice number.
Please note: You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the repair.

IS MY TRANSACTION SAFE?
All of your order data provided is processed using STRIPE — a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1, which is the most stringent certification level available.  The data is encrypted using SSL and HSTS, and STRIPE forces HTTPS for all services, ensuring that your data is transferred securely.  The security of your transaction is of the utmost importance. We utilize a payment processing service of the highest security certification level as a matter of due diligence to keep your transactions safe.

CAN I ORDER A GIFT CERTIFICATE?
We offer Gift Certificates on an individual basis. You may choose to have a Gift Certificate e-mailed directly to an individual or sent via post.

MAY I INCLUDE A PERSONALIZED MESSAGE WITH A GIFT PURCHASE?
Yes. If you select that your order is a Gift, you will then be given the option to add a Recipient's Name and Notes / Gift Message. Type your message into the Notes / Gift Message field on your order form, and the message will be included with your order delivery.

DO YOU INCLUDE GIFT WRAPPING FOR GIFTS?
All Irini jewelry is delivered in a jewelry bag within a custom box tied with a ribbon.  If you indicate that your order is a Gift, we will wrap the box with a special ribbon used for Gift purchases, which is different than the ribbon used for standard purchases.  Note: The jewelry bag and box may be used to store your Irini jewelry for safe keeping and to extend the care and lifetime of your item.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?
Irini Jewelry may be exposed to basic elements: sun, air, limited amount of water within reason. Avoid extended exposure to water or chlorine and avoid getting creams, perfumes or oils directly on jewelry — any of which may cause damage to your piece(s). Our jewelry is hand-crafted and therefore delicate — please use appropriate care, and prevent hard contact with surfaces and/or substances, in order to enjoy your jewelry for a long period of time. With the utmost care you may enjoy your skillfully crafted Irini jewelry for years to come. Most of our jewelry is crafted using Sterling Silver and 19K Gold, which may darken or tarnish over time with normal use. For general care:

SILVER & 18K GOLD - You may gently wipe the silver or gold surface of any piece with a polishing cloth or cleaning solution to remove tarnish and for general cleaning.

NATURAL GEMSTONES - Avoid contact with any stones set into your jewelry as most natural gemstones cannot stand the force of a polishing cloth, cleaning agents or ultrasonic cleaners.

LEATHER - Avoid exposing any leather to water, a polishing cloth or cleaning solutions — any of these may damage the leather and will definitely expedite the aging process, possibly causing the leather to crack. 

If you have any questions regarding how to safely clean your jewelry please take it to a jewelry professional for cleaning.

Please Note: The Irini jewelry bag and box that your jewelry arrives in may be used to store your piece(s) for safe keeping and to extend the care and lifetime of your item.

MAY I REPLACE A LOST EARRING?
Yes, if the item/style is in stock we gladly allow purchase of 1/2 pair. Since our jewelry is hand crafted, certain styles and pieces may vary slightly in size. We may ask you to send the mate to us so that we can match it for you. Please note: Certain styles are only produced for one season; our ability to replace your item is dependent on availability of the product upon request, which is not guaranteed.
In addition: You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the replacement, in addition to the purchase of the individual piece.
